In the automotive industry, we can help and assist you in a number of areas. From the registration of alternative wheels, to category changes, to the complete approval of road and special vehicles. We have both knowledge of the legislation and equipped workshops in which we are able to carry out the necessary modifications leading to successful vehicle registration. Second Stages of Production of Unfinished Vehicles

In connection with the amendment of Czech Act No. 56/2001 Coll. on the conditions of operation of vehicles on roads, Czech Act No. 432/2022 Coll., certain operations of Czech technical inspection stations (MOT test stations) have been restricted since 1st March 2023. If you need to complete the construction of a new vehicle, we are here for you.

Approval of Individually Manufactured Vehicles

Import and Approval of Vehicles from China

Modern Chinese cars are very attractive in design and engineering, but importing and approving them for use can be a tricky business. But not for us! We offer individual import and approval for most cars and trucks offered on the Chinese market, including electric vehicles.

Vehicle Conversions and Category Changes

We offer a comprehensive service of vehicle conversions, for example from passenger (M1) to commercial (N1) and vice versa. We can also change the category in case of conversion to a camper, change a truck into a tractor or modify your vehicle into a working machine. It's both mechanical and administrative work, you just have to choose.

Approval of Individually Imported Vehicles

We can arrange for you the approval of individually imported vehicles from both second and third world countries. If you like a model and want to get it on the plates, you have the highest probability of success with us. And it doesn't matter whether the model is from America or China.

Truck Bodies

Legalization of truck bodies manufactured in the Czech Republic and in foreign countries is our further advantage. Whether you are an end-user or a manufacturer of a body for light or heavy trucks, we can advise, help and provide everything you need. You just drive or manufacture, we approve for you.

Technical Data Extracts and Certificates

Do you need a technical data extract or are you missing documents required for individual vehicle approval? Are you looking for a certificate from an accredited importer or a statement from an accredited test centre? You don't have to, because you've found us. Don't wait, contact us, we can help.

Arranging Technical Tests

Do you want to launch a new accessory, a fitting or even a whole vehicle, but you are missing some of the tests? We are ready to prepare the vehicle/product for you and then arrange the required tests. For example, noise and emissions tests, brake and trailer start-up tests and more.

Approval of Accessories for Off-road Vehicles

Whether it's a winch, a strength bumper, proper tyres or a tow bar, don't leave your off-road without registered accessories. We are able to legalize additional fittings or bodywork on almost all passenger and truck off-road models from a variety of manufacturers. Ensuring Czech MOT Tests, Emissions Tests and Registration Checks

Worried about not passing your MOT test? Worried about Emissions test, warning lights or other problems that threaten the roadworthiness of your vehicle? Entrust it to us, we will inspect the car, repair it or suggest a solution. A full 99% of our cases end with successful Emissions tests and MOT tests.

Revisions and Technical Inspections

We will provide you with revisions and technical inspections of working machines, such as forklift trucks, work platforms and others. We will also check the validity of your LPG/CNG tank, or legally replace it, including registration. You can also contact us if you need an inspection for electric vehicle charging stations.

Consultancy

Don't know what to do? Officials can't advise and the MOT officers say something different? That's enough! We are familiar with the legislation, so we can advise you on what to do, where to write and who to contact to get your problem solved as quickly as possible. Our History

AMC Group's history of vehicle approvals and modifications dates back to the early 1990s, when ARO 4x4 off-road vehicles were sold through a sophisticated network in the Czech Republic and other European countries. After 2000, our workshops installed Andoria turbodiesel engines in large numbers in ARO, Honker, and later GAZelle and UAZ vehicles. At the time, this was a major design milestone. Fascinated by this progress, the manufacturers, in cooperation with AMC, decided to implement the result in series production, making especially eastern off-road vehicles more accessible to a wide range of users. This is an indelible historical record, in which the AMC Group participated by approving and improving the installations.

A significant challenge was the modification and approval of LADA cars, particularly the Niva and its Pickup, Urban and Bronto derivatives. The development and approval were further applied to the entire model range. As a result, European drivers were able to drive the latest models from the manufacturer of the Vesta, Xray, Granta, Kalina, Largus and Vesta Sport cars.

We have also applied our expertise during the approval process for vehicles from Chinese brands such as JAC, Gonow and Dongfeng, and in the case of the latter, we were the first in Europe to approve the most modern passenger and commercial vehicles from the manufacturer's portfolio, which in terms of design and workmanship were aimed at the higher-end segments.

Last but not least, we successfully completed the approval of several floating/amphibious vehicle projects, such as the Yamal, Marsh and Outbacker models.

Today, our services are used not only by domestic but also by European customers, including various government institutions.
